Welcome to DialMyStore! Creating your free account is the first step to manage your business, track analytics, and connect with new customers. This guide will walk you through everything — from signing up to verifying your email and logging into your business dashboard.


🪪 Step 1: Sign Up for a New Account

  1. Visit 👉 DialMyStore.com

  2. Click on “Login / Register” at the top-right corner of the homepage.

  3. On the registration form, enter:

    • Your Name

    • Email Address

    • Password (minimum 6 characters)

  4. Click on “Register”.

Once submitted, your account will be created and a 6-digit OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to your registered email for verification.


✉️ Step 2: Verify Your Email (OTP Verification)

After registration, check your email inbox for a message from DialMyStore with your OTP code.

  1. Enter the 6-digit OTP on the verification screen.

  2. Click “Verify” to complete your account setup.

🕒 Note: The OTP is valid for 5 minutes. If it expires or you didn’t receive it, click “Resend OTP” to get a new one.

Once your OTP is verified, your account becomes active — and you can log in anytime.


🔐 Step 3: Log In to Your Dashboard

  1. Go to dialmystore.com/login

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. Click Login.

If your credentials are correct, you’ll be redirected to your business dashboard, where you can manage your shop, view analytics, and access your store tools.

💡 Tip: You only need to verify your email once. After verification, you can log in directly.


🧭 Step 4: Forgot Password? Reset It Easily

If you ever forget your password:

  1. Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.

  2. Enter your registered email.

  3. You’ll receive a password reset link in your inbox.

  4. Click the link, enter your new password, and confirm it.

🔒 For your security, the reset link is valid for 1 hour. If it expires, you can always request a new one.

Once your password is updated, log in again with your new credentials.


🧾 Step 5: Update Your Profile (Optional)

After logging in, you can update your personal details anytime.

  1. Go to My Profile from your dashboard.

  2. You can update:

    • Name

    • Email Address

    • Country Code & Phone Number

    • Business Address

    • City

    • Short Bio or Description

    • Profile Image

  3. Click “Save Changes”.

🖼️ You can also upload your profile photo (JPG or PNG, max 2 MB).

This information helps make your profile more trustworthy and improves your visibility to customers.


🔑 Step 6: Change Your Password

If you want to change your current password:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Change Password.

  2. Enter your current password and your new password twice (to confirm).

  3. Click Update Password.

Your password will be changed immediately — no email confirmation needed.


🚪 Step 7: Log Out Safely

When you’re done managing your store:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top corner.

  2. Choose Log Out.

Logging out keeps your account secure — especially if you’re on a shared or public computer.


⚙️ Common Questions

🟢 I didn’t get the OTP — what should I do?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.

  • If still missing, click “Resend OTP”.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.

🟢 Can I use the same email for multiple stores?

  • Each email can only have one primary account. You can claim or manage multiple stores under that account.

🟢 My OTP expired — how can I get a new one?

  • Click “Resend OTP” on the verification page. A new 6-digit code will be sent immediately.

🟢 I forgot my password — will I lose my data?

  • No, your store data and analytics are safe. Resetting your password only updates your login access.

Once logged in, you’ll reach your Shop Dashboard, where you can:

  • Claim your business listing

  • Manage store details

  • Track analytics & visibility

  • Handle daily operations
